This article explains how to check the SRX1500 FPGA version in order to confirm whether it is impacted by a known issue.

Solution

start shell user root

 vty fpc0   <-- If this SRX is in cluster mode, add node <0,1> , e.g. node0.fpc0
  show i386 fpga version
 

Example: 

{primary: node0}
jtac-SRX1500-r020> start shell user root
jtac-SRX1500-r020:~# vty node0.fpc0
FLOWD_SRX1500(jtac-SRX1500-r020 vty)# show i386 fpga version
FPGA Version: 8b30_0643
