SRX4600 has OFFLINE button on its chassis. Users may observe a console message after pressing the OFFLINE button.
This article explains the expected behavior during an offline state.
For more details, refer to SRX4600Services Gateway Hardware Guide page 22.

When pressing OFFLINE button for more than 4 seconds, SRX turns into OFFLINE state.
Note that SRX4600 is still supplied power during OFFLINE state. Therefore, console messages keep appearing on the console output.
This behavior is by design. Any console messages during OFFLINE state can be ignored.
SRX4600 will not accept any command during the offline state. Disconnect/reconnect the power cable for SRX4600 to get back online.
