In an MPLS environment for QFX5K, error messages with error code '-11: Operation failed' may be observed intermittently. This article indicates what causes these error messages to be logged and whether any action is required to address the error logs.

The error code " -11 (Operation Failed) " is due to exhaustion of the stats counters related to the MPLS route entry from the dedicated pool of counters.

These log messages are related to the stat counters. They do not have any impact on service and can be safely ignored.
