The Problem Report (PR) Search ( prsearch.juniper.net ) tool allows to do a variety of searches across Juniper Network's external bug content. Currently, the application supports products which run Junos OS, Junos OS Evolved (EVO), and ScreenOS, operating systems.. Below you'll find a brief description of the PR Search capabilities as well as other resources for finding PR information.
Search by Release(s). Search Types include: Issues Affecting a release, Between two releases, and Resolved in a release. After selecting the type of search, select a Product Series and Release (note for searches 'Between two releases' you'll need to specify a 'From release' and a 'To release'). Issues resolved in later releases are NOT resolved in the base release, and would require an upgrade to address completely.
Search by Keyword. Enter one or more key words, select a product series, a release, and click search. The release is typically the release of software you are running on your Juniper Networks product, or that which you are interested in researching. Specifying this allows they keyword search to remove issues resolved or closed in prior releases. For more information on tuning keyword searches, see Quick Tips below.
