Q-in-Q is documented as supported in the EX Feature Explorer list, but when the features are applied, some out-of-the-ordinary results are seen.

For example, Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) may fail for traffic that is directed toward the virtual network function (VNF).

This is as per design.

Q-in-Q is a feature that is prominent on the EX platform ( Q-in-Q Tunneling in EX Series) . However, on the NFX platform, this feature currently is not supported.
