AI-Scripts are bundled with Service Now/Service Insight releases, although updated versions of AI-Scripts might later become available. After installing Service Now/Service Insight, JTAC recommends upgrading to the latest compatible version of AI-Scripts to obtain the most recent feature enhancements and problem event signatures.
