Description

This article tells you how to access the dataplane from within ipsec-nm. IPSec-NM is the csrx container that is included with NFX.  

Solution

To access the dataplane of ipsec-nm, go to the shell.  IPSec-NM does not access "start shell" from the operational prompt, so you will simply have to exit. Once in the shell, type the command vty 127.0.0.1 , and it will allow you into the dataplane of ipsec-nm.

Example:

root@ipsec-nm> start shell 
sh: /bin/csh: No such file or directory

root@ipsec-nm> exit 

root@ipsec-nm%vty 127.0.0.1
