What software is required to accept the encryption agreement prior to download?

The Junos OS software and all products that run on it

Where is the encryption agreement located?

The encryption agreement is located on the Download Software pages and available from the support home page; see Encryption Agreement.

How often do I need to sign the agreement?

Only once. A one-time acceptance of the encryption agreement is required.

Once I agree, how long before I can download software?

After accepting the encryption agreement, it will take about 30 minutes to reflect the acceptance in the customer’s profile and for the Juniper self-service tools to respond appropriately.

I signed the Encryption Agreement and waited for at least 30 minutes, but I am still unable to download Junos OS. What else should I do?
