SRX5k standard IOC: 1.5M sessions / 3M wings*

SRX5k FlexIOC: 3M sessions / 6M wings*

SRX1k/3k NPC: 3M sessions / 6M wings*

Note : A wing is half a session – a session is bidirectional (outbound and return traffic) and a wing is unidirectional (outbound OR return traffic).


*In Junos OS 11.4, we got a 50% increase in NPU session counts for all NPUs. If you are running pre-11.4 code, then decrement your capacity accordingly.
