This article describes how to change the existing priority of the events included within the Advanced Insight (AI) script bundle to a user-specified priority.

Events included within an AI script can have the priority values Low, Medium, High or Critical. Service Now can be used to install the custom Event Profile having user-specified events, along with their corresponding priority values.

An Event Profile is a set of event scripts selected from an AI Scripts bundle. Using event profiles, you can specify the event scripts that you want to install on Service Now devices.

1. To add an Event Profile, navigate to Service Now > Administration > Event Profiles > Add Event Profile

   The following figure shows what the Add Event Profile window looks like:

   
   

2. Add the Profile Name of your choice. Choose the appropriate staged AI-script bundle by clicking on the drop down Script Bundle menu.
3. To add a script bundle, click on Add Script Bundle > Browse and upload the Script bundle you want. 

   Note: You can download the AI script bundles from the Juniper Support Site.

4. Choose the events which you want to be part of the Event Profile. Click the check-box to select the events under Event Synopsis.
5. Click on the Priority field of the desired event and change it to any value from Low, Medium, High or Critical , as shown below:

   

6. Click Submit to create a new Event Profile.

   You many install this Event Profile in the appropriate Junos device under Service Now Devices.
   
   Note : Changing priority value from the default set to the new value is optional.
