Description

This article describes the issue of the 'J-Web is not supported on this device model' error message being generated on a new SRX210 device.

Symptoms

The following table lists the enhanced SRX210 platforms:

The above mentioned platforms generate the following error message, when upgraded from 10.4 or 11.2 to 11.4R3 or later releases:

Solution

 This is a software issue with 11.4R3 and 12.1R2 or later releases.

 This issue has been resolved from the following releases - 11.4R4 and 12.1R3. The tentative release dates for the above releases are (these dates are subject to change without notice):
 

  • 11.4R4 - 1 week of July 2012
  • 12.1R3 - 2nd week of August 2012

There is currently no workaround for the issue; except to use the CLI interface.
