Symptoms

This article will provide the users the information required from the dot1x supplicant perspective while configuring or troubleshooting dot1x protocol.

Solution

If a user runs an IEEE802.1X-compliant client software as SUPPLICANT it stands supported on EX series platform.
End device can be authenticated in following modes:
1. Single Supplicant mode
2. Single-Secure Supplicant mode
3. Multiple Supplicant mode
