JWeb not working correctly with Japanese language browser IE8

Symptoms

In JWeb, some of the buttons do not display correctly  correctly with Japanese language browser IE8

As from the following snapshot, the explanations and words on the button commit are missing.

Solution

At present only support for English language browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, is available.

The behavior of JWeb when invoked from non-English language browsers may not be correct.
