Symptom:
Perform the follow steps to solve the problem:
From your Internet Browser, navigate to the Dynamic VPN URL:
http:// <Dynamic VPN IKE external interface IP address>
https:// <Dynamic VPN IKE external interface IP address>
https:// <srx ip address> /dynamic-vpn
Is the Juniper ‘User Login’ window displayed?
From your PC, can you ping the public IP address of the SRX device? (Note: The ping service needs to be enabled on the SRX public interface to do a ping test; for more information, refer to KB17281 - Verify reachability to a SRX device [juniper.net] .)

On the 'User Login' Window, do you see the message 'No license available?
Do you get the message 'Invald username or password'?
a. You may be prompted with the following warning. Select Yes .
b. Select Yes to install the "Junos Pulse" product: c. The progress of the Dynamic VPN client download is reported as follows: Notice that: Network applications may temporarily disconnect during the Client download and installation because of the reset of Ethernet Adapters.
