For new EX Switch users with no experience to setting up or configuring and EX device there are some basic courses available from the Education center . Consult the EX switching section for a list of courses. One of the introductory courses is: JNCIE-ENT (Enterprise) The course description includes prerequisites, target audience, course contents, pricing, and availability. In addition to the instructor led courses, there are also e-learning courses offered on the web.
