  • Access to my Partner Center account is denied.
  • My Partner Center account is deactivated.

Solution

As part of the new Partner Reseller Registration Agreement, Juniper Networks requires all eligible Partners to accept the most current Juniper Partner Registration Agreement. As of 2017, the new requirement in accordance with the Reseller Agreement has changed from every year to every two years. Eligible partners are defined as any partner who does not have an existing DVAR agreement and purchases only directly through Juniper. If a partner has a DVAR agreement and purchases through a distributor, the partner must sign the agreement regardless of the DVAR agreement. Juniper Reseller Partners who do not remain current in accepting the Juniper Partner Reseller Registration Agreement by a specific date will have their accounts deactivated.

The Partner Registration Agreement refresh, now known as ‘Click to Accept’ (formerly T&Cs), is a legal requirement mandated by Juniper Corporate Compliance and General Council.  The project requirement is every 2 years as of  September 2017.  In order for a Partner to remain active (approved) in our system and in good standing to sell Juniper products and services they must refresh their agreement with us by clicking to accept the standard Partner Reseller Agreement.  If a partner does not renew their agreement as part of their legal requirement to sell Juniper products and services they are declined across all partner systems upon completion of the given timeframe to meet the requirement (typically 4 months) from launch to deadline.  The impact once declined is a partner account and contact are no longer able to sell Juniper products and services and reflect a ‘declined’ status in their partner and contact profiles.
