This article maps the device types displayed in the JSA software /etc/.appliance_name file to their respective model numbers. This article also shows the command used to identify the number of your appliance.
STRM/JSA software displays the device types as 2000, 2100, and 3100.
These are different from the 500, 2500, and 5000 STRM models and VM,1500, 3500, 3800, 5500, 5800, 7500 and 7800 JSA models and installed software versions.
