Do I get a pre-paid shipping label with a Core Plus Support RMA?
I have a Core Plus contract and an open RMA. I need to send my unit in but I do not have a waybill. Do I get a pre-paid waybill with my Return-To-Factory (RTF) RMA?
Pre-paid waybills are only sent for Advanced Replacement RMAs. Core Plus RMAs are Return-To-Factory (RTF) and the customer is responsible for the shipping of the unit.
If you have a Return to Factory (RTF) RMA, return the defective part within forty-five (45) days of receiving the initial notification that the RMA has been created. Under the RTF service level agreement, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, local taxes, and other country-specific government requirements.
