Description

No console output and all LED on Craft interface is off on the SFB on the SRX-3400 or SRX-3600.

Symptoms

On the SRX-3400 or SRX-3600

  • Power supply LED is green and blinking
  • Routing Engine LED in solid green at the rear of the chassis
  • All LED on Craft interface is off on the SFB
  • No console output

Solution

There is a power button next to the console port on the SFB in the top slot in the front of the SRX-3400 and SRX-3600.  If this button is used to power down the SRX-3400 and SRX-3600 Chassis then you must hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to power on the chassis.


To resolve the issue:
Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to power up the chassis.
