I am receiving an error message when trying to open one of the Knowledge Base search result items. What should I do?

In our Knowledge Base, we have many articles that are written for a variety of audiences. Some of the content can be viewed by the public without having a Juniper Support Portal account with Juniper.
However, we also have certain Knowledge Base content that requires specific types of access. For instance, if you have a Juniper Support Portal account, you can access articles that are for our customers. If you have a JPartner account, you can access KB articles that are for our JPartners as well as customer base articles.
If you are trying to access a KB article and receive one of the following error messages:
Either a login is required or the article was not found. Try logging in on the right side of the screen or get login assistance.
Article not found
Your access level is not sufficiently high enough.
Then there is a possibility that you may not have the right access to that particular article or the link may be broken to that KB article.
If your account should have the rights to view a particular article, then contact Customer Care.
