Solution

A RED marker color indicates Rough Handling.  There may be a problem with the handling of that shipment; the contents may have been damaged while in transit from the Carrier to the End User.

If RED, make note on the Bill of Lading and Inspect the product for any damages, missing labels, check that the container is Factory Sealed.

If Damage is present see the steps below (look for the instructions on the ShockWatch / TiltWatch label):

  1. Do not refuse shipment
  2. Make notation on delivery receipt and inspect for damage
  3. If damage is discovered, leave item in original container and packaging
  4. Request immediate inspection from the carrier within 15 days of delivery date ( International within 13 days)
The Carrier will work with distribution to resolve the damaged shipment. Further details and instructions may be provided from the Carrier.
