Technical Certification Program

The Juniper Networks Technical Certification Program (JNTCP) consists of platform-specific, multi tiered tracks that enable participants to demonstrate, through a combination of written proficiency exams and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting exams, competence with Juniper Networks technology. Successful candidates demonstrate thorough understanding of Internet and security technologies and Juniper Networks platform configuration and troubleshooting skills.

Cert Manager Resources

The Cert Manager Web-based application allows you to do the following:
  • Update your demographic information
  • View your exam and certification history
  • View your certification progress
  • Confirm shipment of your JNTCP Certificate
  • Download certification logos
  • Submit an on-line certification incident to JNTCP Customer Service

Note: The above information can be found on any of your Prometric JNTCP exam score reports.   You will need your Prometric exam score report the first time you log on.

If you do NOT have a score report, please contact Prometric . They will mail a copy of your score report to you.

If you have taken an exam and have not received a copy of the results in the mail please request another copy from the Cert Manager Team
