Description

This article outlines a possible solution for an issue in Security Director On-Premises 25.4.1-4195 where the Kubernetes service is reported as down in the Web UI.

Symptoms

When accessing the Security Director On-Premises server through the CLI and running the show health status command, the following error message is displayed

kubernetes/connectivity - Could not connect to kubernetes cluster to validate service.

Solution


The issue causing Kubernetes services to be reported as down was resolved in Security Director On-Premises bundle 25.4.1-5622.
