Unable to integrate Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP) Cloud with Security Director Cloud (SDC).
Error message: Login failed. Please check your credentials and try again.
This issue can occur when the ATP Cloud organization and the Security Director Cloud organization are provisioned in different geographic regions.
Security Director Cloud and ATP Cloud integration is supported only when both organizations are hosted in compatible regions. If the ATP organization is created in a different region than the one associated with the SDC Home PoP, the integration attempt may fail with a login or authentication error.
Region Mapping Requirements:
The ATP Cloud organization must be hosted in the region that corresponds to the Security Director Cloud Home PoP.
For example:
SDC Ohio Home PoP -> can be mapped to US native ATP org
SDC Frankfurt Home PoP -> can be mapped to EU native ATP org
SDC Montreal Home PoP -> can be mapped to CA native ATP org &
SDC Virginia Home PoP -> can be mapped to US native ATP org
ATP Cloud Regional Portals:
AMER - https://amer.sky.junipersecurity.net/
EU https://euapac.sky.junipersecurity.net/
APAC - https://apac.sky.junipersecurity.net/
CA https://canada.sky.junipersecurity.net/
Resolution:
Verify that the ATP Cloud organization is created in the same region that is mapped to your Security Director Cloud organization. Create a new ATP instance if necessary. You may also need to disenroll/delete devices from the existing ATPC organization so SDC can provision them against the new one.
To determine the region associated with your Security Director Cloud organization:
4. Confirm that the ATP Cloud organization belongs to the corresponding regional ATP portal.
If the ATP Cloud organization is hosted in a different region than the SDC Home PoP mapping, the ATP and SDC integration will not be supported and the organizations must be aligned to the same region.
