At times, the router may run into an issue where there is no telemetry data displayed in Conductor UI for a router even though the router status is synchronized.

The Conductor UI fails to display router telemetry data like CPU, Memory, Sessions info only for specific routers.

Check the ntp sync status from routers linux shell using command like below to verify ntp status.

# ntpq -p

Telemetry services can be impacted if a router clock is not synchronized with ntp.
