Please check this with priority we are seeing traffic not forwarded on our dci01-chi1,dci01-chi4.

They were rebooted but no change.

Both the devices are ACX6360-OX platform with optical connections to routers or switches.

Observations:

• The dci01-chi1 is connected to routers & dci01-chi4 is connected to switches
• They observed otn interface flaps at 8th July 09:16, along with physical interface down
• The devices were rebooted post which interfaces were restored but traffic is not getting forwarded
• Customer moved connection from dci01-chi4 to chi5/6, to see if they come up
• The traffic was no restored after moving connections & issue was with dci01-chi4

The chassis was replaced & issue was resolved.
