When active child member went down, the traffic was not distributed to other active members & it was lost.

This might happen when ALB (adaptive load balance) is enabled on the device.

When child link goes down, this link should not be available in ALB selector in pfe.

But in earlier versions of PTX10003 & PTX10002, when the child goes down, the pfe still has token entry for this link in ALB selector.

Due to this traffic was getting forwarded to same child & getting blackhole.

This was analysed in internal PR 1925902 & the fix is to program only active path links in pfe, which was corrected via fix for internal PR 1813258.
