This article explains the difference between Log Generated Time and Log Received Time under SD Monitor > Events and Logs. Here is the screenshot for the same:

In the screenshot, the Log Received Time is 1 hour ahead compared to the PC/Laptop time. That means the time configured in SRX is wrong (It is 1 hour ahead compared to the current time or PC/Laptop/Log collector time).

This issue is due to the wrong time in the SRX.

The Log Received Time is the time when the log is received in the log collector, and the Log Generated Time is the time when it is generated from the SRX. You have to correct the time on the SRX end.
