Description

This article describes an issue wherein the third-party DAG feeds that are available in Juniper ATP Cloud do not automatically synchronize with Juniper Security Director Cloud under Security >> Address.

Symptoms

  • SkyATP DAG feeds are not available for pushing to policy in SD-Cloud.
  • Cannot add DAG object to Security Policy.
  • Shared Address object does not show the Azure filter DAG objects
  • Updates made in Juniper ATP Cloud are not reflected under:
    Security > Address

Solution


Use one of the following options to reflect updates in the Juniper Security Director Cloud under Security >> Address:


  • Disable and re-enable the amazonaws and microsoftazure buttons under Third-Party DAG Feeds from Security > Advanced Threat Prevention > Feeds Configuration.
  • Navigate to Security > Advanced Threat Prevention > DAG Filters, select any AWS or Azure DAG feeds, and edit it to reflect updates or add a dummy object.
