This article helps to share insights as why alerts are generated in PAA post reboot.

Generic error/alert seen : 1 stream with critical severity, 1 stream is not providing any data.

1 stream with critical severity, 1 stream is not providing any data.

Alarm will be triggered if no measurement data is received for the monitor after the configured threshold period.

• For example if period is configured to 60 sec, if no measurement data is received for the monitor for more than 60 seconds, the alarm is raised.

We suspect during reboot, the monitor data was not received hence the alarm was generated.

There is nothing to worry if the alarm goes off post Monitor Data is re-triggered post reboot.. If alarm persist, please contact JTAC support.
