PSM 1 went down on "9th Apr" at 02:02:33 IST. we have received "down" reported traps in the device.

But when PSM came "up" cleared trap has not generated in the device. We have checked the PSM units both the PSM are working fine.

This is happening due to the internal PR 1740725. Kindly plan to upgrade to fixed version, to avoid this issue.

Analysis:

Two times Fru_State transition happened in power_off so SNMP trap generated twicely.

And while coming to ONLINE transition happened one time only.

So SNMP trap generated for one time which is causing issue.

Fix:

Fixed alarms for ACX7100 models and handled POWER_OFF -> POWER_OFF fru_state_transition.
