I have an SSR which is connected an online but I don't get the remote shell option in the utilities menu.

Symptoms

Utilities menu --> Remote Shell option not visible.

Solution

Check and ensure remote shell setting at the organization level is enabled.

 

Contact your Juniper Account team to enable access.
