- APs kept rebooting randomly due to power cycle reason.

- Marvis may report similar alerts to these:

- The switch was far from oversubscription or power exhaustion.

- No PoE errors throughout the logs.

- APs were correctly sending LLDP/LLDP-MED, and the switches are receiving it as expected.

- No system / chassis alarms present.

- No input/output errors in the interfaces.

- Carrier transitions observed in the affected ports:

Physical interface: mge-0/0/10, Enabled, Physical link is Up
 Output errors:
   Carrier transitions: 307, 

Physical interface: mge-0/0/17, Enabled, Physical link is Up
 Output errors:
   Carrier transitions: 309,

There were patch panels between, after bypassing them the connections remained stable.

Turns customer's cable length was 227 ft over cat6 instead of cat6a, that length is well beyond Cat6’s reliable 10G range.

• Cat6 is rated for 10G up to 55 meters (≈180 ft).
• Cat6a rated for 10G up to 100 meters (≈328 ft).

To resolve the problem, either replace the cables for cat6a, or reduce the distance by feeding the APs from a closer source.
