Description

This article addresses the availability of the firmware version vmhost 24.2R2-S4 from Security Director Cloud.

Symptoms

Users may be unable to locate the firmware version 24.2R2-S4 for vmhost in SDC, leading to uncertainty about its availability timeline.

Solution

The firmware image junos-vmhost-install-srxmr2-x86-64-24.2R2-S4.3.tgz is now available in Security Director Cloud. Customers can proceed to stage and deploy this version to devices as required.

 

Note: Customers can also use Add Image via URL (juniper.net/Downloads) as a primary flow directly in the SDC GUI.
