Article describe the supported Switch Models for TWAMP Light Responder

The following logs can appear when we configured on the unsupported model.

fpc0 PFESVCS: TWAMP gencfg handler NULL

Only specific switch models support the TWAMP Light Responder feature, which is used to measure network performance metrics such as delay and loss.
