Intermittent high CPU utilization observed on SSR nodes.
Below process were observed consuming high CPU:

10 cores → Dedicated (pinned) for packet forwarding
6 cores → General system usage
Key behavior:
Packet forwarding cores are intentionally pinned at ~100% utilization
This is expected SSR behavior
These cores do not trigger alarms by design
Only 3 out of 6 general-purpose cores show higher utilization
Observed thread CPU usage:
303.7%
288.1%
However:
Spikes are short-lived (<5 seconds)
Average utilization remains within acceptable limits
No sustained CPU saturation detected
