The problem customer is having is that he setup the switch config on the org level to have VLAN native 999 access and DPC enabled, but when when click on the switch there is a yellow banner on top saying that he have enabled DPC on L2 interface but please configure DCP rules for DPC to take effect.

Then he scroll down on the switch config and check the box to manually override site/template settings and add the DPC rules on the switch settings itself, when he already have them setup on the org level.

The DPC rule config isn’t propagating down from the org to the switch.

 The site configuration was set to overwrite. After we went through and disabled all site overwrites, issue was resolved.
