After migrating new spokes to MIST, multiple spokes may receive the same Loopback (lo0) and st0 IP addresses. This occurs due to a race condition during concurrent gateway site assignments, where multiple devices are allocated the same unique_idx, resulting in duplicate Loopback and st0 addresses.

A fix has been implemented to prevent duplicate unique_idx allocation during concurrent gateway site assignments.
