JSU upgrade does not work with Apstra (any version, as of Apstra 6.1.1)

This failure is as expected, as JSU upgrade is not supported by Apstra. RFE is recommended.

Details:
The current Apstra NOS upgrade doesn't support JSU upgrade, which keeps the same JUNOS version across the upgrade. JSU upgrade image will upgrade specific packages in the device instead of upgrading full images. Therefore, the NOS upgrade will fail with device left in pristine configuration because of post NOS upgrade valiation's failures (pre-upgrade version != post-upgrade version, image name must include JUNOS version information). The customer needs to execute a manual full push configuration for the device via UI to recover the service configuration. This is a new workflow for JSU upgrade in the NOS upgrade feature. Therefore, promoting it as RFE.
