Traffic Engineering report will be blank if Bandwidth does not exceed configured transmit-cap per interface (and direction)

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Verify Web and cli stats view show the same information
   1. Report (web): “Traffic Eng Sched Failure BW” not showing data
   2. Saved data, cli: show stats traffic-eng device-interface per-traffic-class schedule-failure-bandwidth
2. Check customer's traffic is hitting scheduler
   1. Traffic hit scheduler:
   2. show stats traffic-eng device-interface per-traffic-class schedule-success-bandwidth router <router_name>
3. Note configured interface traffic-engineering configuration (cap) in each direction
   1. config authority router ROUTERNAME node NODENAME device-interface INT_NAME traffic-engineering transmit-cap 500000000
4. Compare interface cap, with interface Bandwidth transmitted/received (match the configured cap)
   1. web graphs or cli “show stats” (exact cmd not identified) 
   2. to determine if bandwidth is nearing the cap or not
