The Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP) Blocklists feature is not visible in Security Director Cloud GUI
User is unable to access or view ATP Blocklists screen.
Feature appears missing when logged in with certain roles.
Clear browser cookies and test using a different browser.
Verify whether the issue persists when logged in with a different SDC user account.
Confirm user role privileges:
By default, only the Administrator role has access to ATP screens.
If the affected user has an Operator role or a Custom role without explicit ATP access permissions, the Blocklist feature will not be visible.
This behavior is by design.
To resolve, check the RBAC privileges in Admin → Roles → RBAC Grid.
Ensure ATP access is enabled under Admin → ATP Access by assigning the appropriate role (Operator / Observer / Administrator) as required.
Update the role configuration accordingly.
