After performing a commit, the QFX5120-48Y switches crashed. Applied the commit several times, and each time the switch crashed approximately 30 seconds afterward. Following the crash, the switch entered a boot loop.
The only way to recover and boot the switch was to unplug and replug the power cable.

The BIOS version is v25.

Issue was resolved after upgrading the BIOS from v25 to v29.
Please contact JTAC to get the necessary steps to upgrade the BIOS version.
