Description

In certain scenarios, a QFX10002 running an EOS code may display FPC0 as “slot empty” even though no chassis alarms or messages indicating a hardware failure are present. This behavior can be misleading, as the system does not report any hardware-related issues.

Solution

The suggestion is to upgrade to a supported release before considering an RMA.
