We recently had an RMA for an EX4400 switch due to a PoE problem on ports 32 to 47, however when we receive the new unit it keeps rebooting every 10 min.
We already had 2 RMAs and both units had the same issue.
Checking the files, we notice that the fan modules are not present on the chassis:

The switch was overheating and that's why it was rebooting. After introducing the fans, the switch behaves normally.
