ACX7024 running software 25.2R1-S1.4-EVO.
Customer reported that dscp-code-point was working fine on device ACX7024 running software code 23.4R2-S4.11-EVO. However, after upgrade to softwawre 25.2R1-S1.4-EVO it is observed that knob dscp-code-point is not supported.
ACX7024 running software code 23.4R2-S4.11-EVO:
In this version, host-outbound-traffic can be rewritten dscp value by knob dscp-code-point.
host-outbound-traffic {
forwarding-class NETWORK-CONTROL;
dscp-code-point 110000;
}
ACX7024 running software code 25.2R1-S1.4-EVO:
But in the lastest version of ACX7024 (25.2R1-S1.4-EVO), we observed that knob dscp-code-point is not supported, and therefore, dhcp value in host-outbound packets cannot be rewritten if needed.
forwarding-class EF;

Version 25.2R1-S1.4-EVO use the same image for ACX7020 and ACX7024.
The dscp-code-point knob for host-outbound-traffic was explicitly excluded for the platform ACX_EVO_CHASSIS and EVO_PTX .
This exclusion was introduced as part of commit changes in software code 25.1R1-EVO.
However, this exclusion was not present in the 23.4 release. Hence, customer were able to see this feature working in 23.4R2-S4.11-EVO release.
As a result, any configuration attempting to rewrite DSCP values for host-outbound traffic on these platforms is ignored by design on latest code from 25.1R1-EVO onwards.
It is not a bug but behaviour changes.
let me know if there are any further querires.
