analyticsReporter: Connect to [::1]:31517 failed with exception Connection refused



The analyticsReporter process first attempts to connect to the local service using the IPv6 loopback address ([::1]). If IPv6 is not listening on the target port, the connection is refused and the process automatically falls back to IPv4 (127.0.0.1).

Solution

The service on port 31517 is listening on IPv4

analyticsReporter is trying to attempt a connection with IPv6 "[::1]" loopback and then falls back to IPV4.
