This knowledge article explains how to enable JSI notifications for users.

Users are not receiving JSI notifications

Users can manage which notifications they receive by updating their notification preferences in the JSI portal.

Steps to enable:

1. Log in to the JSI Portal.
2. Navigate to My Settings → Event Notifications.
3. Under Insights – JSI Notification, click Edit.
4. Select the notifications you want to receive.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
