Starting January 1, 2026, all shipments to or within Saudi Arabia must include the recipient’s Saudi National Address. This is a regulation from the General Transport Authority of Saudi Arabia to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Carriers such as UPS will reject shipments that do not include this information, which may cause delays or returns.

 

The Saudi National Address is a unique code made up of 4 letters followed by 4 numbers (for example, RHOA7523). This code must be provided along with the recipient’s full address when creating a shipment. If the code is missing or entered incorrectly, your shipment may not be processed.
