OpenVPN traffic does not fail over when WAN ports go down and restored


Symptoms

If you have configured a traffic steering with Node0-Wan0 as Primary and Node1-Wan0 as ordered. When Node0-Wan0 fails traffic switch is success, however when Node0-Wan0 is restored all traffic is restored except the openVPN traffic

Solution

This issue is resolved in SSR firmware version 6.3.4 and above. Ensure your SSR devices are running 6.3.4 version and above if you encounter this issue.
