Customer complained that they had seen random interface flaps on the 100G link of their QFX5130E switches. While reviewing the logs, it appears that the module/transreciever connected on port 30 is not supported on this platform i.e QFX5130E-32CD https://apps.juniper.net/home/qfx5130e-32cd/hardware-compatibility. The same module is supported on an QFX5130-32CD switch.

Replace the unsupported QSFP transreciever and retest. https://apps.juniper.net/home/qfx5130e-32cd/hardware-compatibility
Using unsupported transceivers can lead to link drops, reduced speeds, unstable signal quality, higher error rates, or even complete loss of connectivity. In some cases, they may also damage the switch. Use of unsupported hardware is outside the support scope of Juniper TAC.
